What are your anxiety symptoms?

I can go for miles with my anxiety symptoms! I don't think this page is big enough lol.

Leg pains (sometimes)
Leg muscle twitches
Left breast pain
Stabbing pains in middle of chest
Pressure and tightness in the chest
Left arm pain - badly! Sometimes right
Flutters in chest
Constant worry about the heart
The heart pause! Then the loud bang as it resets
Shortness of breath
Bad ache/pain
Shoulder pain
Dizziness
Headaches, in temple and above eyes
Lump in throat
The list can probably go on and on!

Wave of fear that feels hot in my chest.
Rapid heart beat.
Chest pain, and pressure.
Light headedness.
Overall sick feeling.
Sweating.
And feel like I'm suffocating in my shirt if its close up to my neck.

Symptoms on a bad day:
Extreme tension and pressure in my head
Racing heart
Chest pains
Random short sharp pains throughout body (left hand alot)
Stomach upset
Difficulty breathing
Sweating
EXTREMELY Hypervigilant, and I mean extrememly. Anything will make me jump
Dilated pupils (Not sure if this is because I just started lexapro)
muscle twitches

panic attack mode:
Feeling of impending death
Sweating
dry mouth
racing heart beat/irregular heartbeat
feel like im going to pass out

Once I had an attack were I got shakes all over that i couldnt control and then my jaw locked up and i couldnt talk. i felt like i lost all motor co-ordination. it was really frightening.
