Which medication has helped you the most Celexa or Zoloft?

My doctor will be prescribing me one of those and i was wandering, which do you think is best?

I also have anxiety once but I never and will never take medications for they gave me stomach upsets and aside from that it is not good to be dependent to it...What I use to do for my anxiety is I use essential oils, all i need to do is just defuse it, rub it in my skin and i can also use it on shower...It is very relaxing and enjoyable.
