Life was great then I was sued by a billionaire last month. I spoke out against something he wanted to do and now I’m in court. His goal is to drag me through court until I am broke, loosing my life savings in the process. I have never had panic attacks or anxiety before but now I completely get what others are talking about. It is very scary and I have a new profound understanding of others struggle with this debilitating problem. I thought venting or just typing about my issue might help. So that’s my story.
Anyone gone through a potentially life ending event and managed to get through it, I would love to hear how you did it.

Hey there,
My family owns some land that Walmart was interested in buying. They offered 8 million dollars, but that wasn't enough for those greedy bastards, and we lost the sale. They just bought the land across the street. Now my $500,000 piece of the pie is worth about $50,000. It's not nearly as bad as your situation, but I'm still going through my "divorce" from my family. I was literally willing to give my share away to my sister, just so I wouldn't have to deal with these sociopathic assholes. I will be happy once this is over and I don't have to see those people ever again.
I'm really sorry that you are going through this. Have you talked to a CPA about putting all your assets into a trust so that the asshole billionaire can't get them? That's what I did when my family started acting like assholes.

hi sunni, i hadnt thought about the trust so I will look into it. We sued my sister in law when my father in law died. He left his three kids (my wife and her borther and sister) some property in a trust with my sister in law as the trustee. She refused to distribute the trust so that each member could have equal say regarding decisions vs her way or no way. We ended up taking her to court and won. We dont see my wifes family any more and its been three years except for the occasional conference call that always go bad. One building was worth 1.4M when he died and my knuckle head inlaws insisted that we hold out for big bucks and I watched the value go down to $450k over 3 years, thankfully we just sold it.
Now theres this guy (5 h*ur ener*y drink owner) and his three attorneys. The thought of potentially loosing everything just because he can out spend me just makes me want to screem. thanks for you idea

I wish the best for you and yours. I hope you can find some cheer during these holidays. And let me know how it goes with the Trust issue.
