Do any of you use drugs to deal with anxiety (mostly not including alcohol...unless it's a serious addiction)

Nope..pretty sure elicit drugs are only going to make symptoms of anxiety worse!

Let a doc run your meds. This is for many reasons but in general the less drugs you use and the more non med means you use to reduce/control anxiety, the better. This is done along with prudent use of meds(for many, not all) based on the nature of your anxiety symptoms. For one when you use drugs not made a real facilities(FDA inspected), you really don't know what your getting. Even then there's some slight variation.
Anyway until you have a good control and understanding of your anxiety, keep drug use down to what your doc rx's. Add some excercise and limit caffeine and alcohol as they can wind up adding to anxiety. When you doing better you can have you coffee, beer, etc, as you see how well you tolerate them. PM me any time. Alankay.
