So, I tried going onto Zoloft, but it made my anxiety worse and I couldn't handle it. My psychiatrist took me off it right away and said she's had a lot of success with giving patients low doses of Zyprexa (which is an antipsychotic). I've been on it for 3 days now, I think it might be helping, not sure, since I'm starting out with TINY doses so that I don't get bad side effects. Has anyone ever been prescribed Zyprexa for anxiety/panic attacks? Has it helped you? I'm so nervous about taking it since I know it's an "antipsychotic" and not an SSRI or one of the other usual meds given for anxiety disorders...
