Hi guys just wanted to introduce myself I'm Angie and have suffered with anxiety on and off for 7 years, I'm currently in the holds of anxiety having palpitations and rapid heartbeat even lightheadedness, I feel terrible so thought joining here would help x

Howde Angie. Yep, rapid heartbeat is likely anxiety. A trip to the doc could rule out a heart issue which would pretty much leave anxiety as the culprit. Alankay

Thanks guys, I do in fact have a heart complaint which I think is the root of my anxiety cos when I get these missed beats etc I convince myself it's my Complaint and my heart is going to stop at anytime the thing is I have it checked every year and its always been ok even in the 7 yrs I've been having panic attacks but I just stop my mind convincing myself it's my heart x
