Bad Day!!!

Guys I'm having a really bad day!!!
Keep thinking stupid thoughts and feel like I'm going to pass out.
I'm at work so it's so hard to try and act normal my heads all over the place.

Is there any way you can take a break and get outside fr a walk? Clear your head, collect your thoughts, calm down, and then come back?

I try all thoose things it's helps for a little while then I get back into this stupid thought process.
Thinking about the most unrealistic things, things I know that can't and won't happen but it just goes round and round, obsessive I obsess over them.

I know how you feel, I think like that too, it's not nice at all! I'm unable to work right now, but I take my hat of to you! You must be a very strong person, just thinking about work gives me a panic attack xxx

What are your main job duties? Is there any way to capitalize on the fact that when you're talking to people, you feel calmer?

I'm usually pretty good at work, I've just had a bit of a stress full week I had an old family friend pass away, and my boyfriend had it in his that I wanted to break up with him for some reason, so I have been dealing with his anxiety so I think that has rubbed off on me.
I work ad a receptionist retail so I do get to talk to alot of people, it was a quite day yesterday so I had to much thinking time, which is never good for me!!

It sounds like you are doing a good job managing your symptoms, considering the stress you have been under. Give yourself credit for a job well done. Perhaps your boyfriend could do something nice for you, like take you to dinner or clubbing. You need a chance to relax and blow off some steam. Sex is always good, too!
