Day 3 lexapro 5mg

Today is day 3 woke up a little tired still am a little tired but other than that not one side effect.. I don't feel bad in anyway at the moment.. Lexapro seems to put me on this emotional roller coaster sometimes I'm up the next I'm down, but I'm really starting to feel good about this :)

Good stuff! The next step is to go up to 10mg when you are ready. I did that on Day 5 after a friend encouraged me, I had 1 bad day (maybe from the med, maybe from worry?) then I was OK. 10mg is the starting therapuetic dose :)

Think I will start 10 mg tomorrow, just to get it over & done with... Everyone is so kind here I'd like to thank everyone for being so supportive xxx
