Does anyone else have crippling low self esteem.?

I usually feel utterly worthless and consistently let people take advantage of that.

Yea, I think it's something that comes with anxiety unfortunely :(. My therapist recently gave me a suggestion which sounds silly but I think it helps a little. Every night before you go to bed keep a little journal and write down two things that you are proud of yourself for doing, it doesn't matter how little the things seem. Sometimes just writing them down and physically seeing them can be helpful. Don't laugh if you think it's silly haha I promise it helps! -Laura

Thanks for the tip, I'm willing to give anything a go. It seems there is a lot that's linked with anxiety!
