I've been suffering from anxiety and depression for years off and on. I'm
getting tired of waiting for the prescription medication to help me. I've decided to research these problems and find my own solutions. It appears right now that cognitive therapy presents the best approach, so I'm doing it at home.

Has anyone else read "Feeling Good" by Dr. Burns and tried his approach?

Hi there ajt :)
I know it can be frustrating waiting for the medicine to do it's job, been there. But, I finally have found one that works pretty good for me, I hope you find what you need to help you too.
Just wanted to say hi and let you know that others are out there too and care. Hang in there and know you are definately not alone.

By the way, I haven't read that book, but I might go and see if I can find it and get one. Thanks for the suggestion. :)
