Has anyone ever felt like weird like your In a cloudy state of mind. Kind of like your there but not there. I am getting really scared

Yes I get this all the time. At first it used to really freak me out. But I read the more u accept it the worse it feels. When it happens I say to myself, ok this is just an off shoot from my anxiety..
Mine is like I'm on autopilot, not taking in things if that makes sense?!?!

Yes very much so!!! It scares me!!! Then I think maybe I'm going brain dead and something is really wrong and freak even more out! It sucks. Cloudy brain/head just plain sucks!

I am wondering if you have ever been screened for any psychological disorder other than anxiety. A cloudy head can be a symptom of several disorders. That by no means you have a disorder other than anxiety, but if you are in a position to do so (medical insurance, etc), I would recommend it.

What else can it mean

I'm no doctor, meggs, but I have fibromyalgia, and there's a symptom called fibro-fog, which causes cloudy thinking. I'm sure there are a number of medical disorders that include cloudy thinking as a symptom. That's why I suggested a medical screening.
