Feeling hot

I feel hot literally all the time and sweating. Is this normal? I know you can get hit flushes and get sweaty, but it's like all the time :( and that's when I'm more panicky, when I'm hot.

What occurs prior to feeling hot? Is there worry there beforehand? There's an anxiety symptom list on the main general discussion page sticiked at the top. Read it over. Best to only do it once, just to see just how long the list of symptoms can get.

Nothing really. I just start to feel really hot which is then when I panic. I hate feeling hot.
