I am constantly clenching my teeth together and it makes my temples and jaw hurt so bad !

Yes this is very common,I do it more in my sleep,I get. Pains in my jaw and the side of my head it also makes me click my jaw

Yup I've had it for 5-6 years, it got a little better over time. I had a mouth guard to wear at night but I hated it so I topped wearing it. I tend to grind my teeth while I sleep.
