Any business owners on this forum?

Just wondering how you deal with your anxiety and panic but still manage to run a business. I have a hard time relating to my employees and my customers. I feel like i am just going through the motions. I know its affecting business, but thats a secondary concern.

Any tips? Id rather not let on that im having this problem to my employees, but i am sure that they notice me being withdrawn.
