Quick questions, does anyone ever get or feel like they are sweating on their forehead, but when you touch or wipe, there is no sweat?

Not as such, but I do have a reaction to some foods, in particular - vinegar or a food containing vinegar, like Tomato Sauce.
Spicey foods also do it.
My head is shaved, and often, when eating anything spicey or vinegary... I won't get hot, but will actually feel the very top (crown) of my head get a little damp.
Weird huh? (well, it's not weird to me as I'm used to it and it feels like quite a normal reaction to me - the sweat glands react to the acid, I'm guessing)
When does yours occur? any particular triggers do you know?
Anxiety certainly can cause a raise in body heat / sweating. Adrenalin is the culprit.
