I installed one ~6 months ago... it's simply called "Stop Panic and anxiety"

Basically a calming & soothing female voice which takes you through a number of relaxation techniques while you sit there looking a complete idiot in
front of anyone nearby.

Didn't work for me I must say. I couldn't take a "talking phone" seriously.

Much better to talk to a "real" person imo.

The only thing you can do is TRY these things. If they work, they work... if they don't, they don't.
