Anxiety and panic disorder in Bristol ??

Hi everyone!

I´m just another victim of anxiety. I´m moving to Bristol and I´d like to meet others in my situation to talk about and share support. Sometimes it is really difficult to front lot of situations because of the crisis as well as meeting new people. It would be fantastic to find people who understand what I´m going through as sometimes it seems as I´m the only one suffering all of these...

Have you contacted your local hospitals to find a support group in your area. They might offer support groups on anxiety and panic. If not they can refer you to someplace that does offer support, least I hope they can. I agree the more we talk about it the less we feel alone.
