hanging on by a string

well guys i really need some help. I take effexor xr for anxiety/depression and have been doing really well but due to a couple of stress factors i'm suffering from anxiety attacks again...i am going to call my doc and maybe he will increase my dose or maybe he will change my meds who knows but for now...i need some kind of encouragement because i'm hanging by a string.
