Recently my Anxiety has festered up over the past couple weeks. My sleeping patterns have changed as a result of anxiety and I find it quite difficult to pay attention in conversations and to remain focus on the task at hand. I find my self questioning a lot of things and asking my self, " is anxiety making me dumber? " Is it killing brain cells? And have I done damage to my brain? "silly I know. My speech pattern has also gotten worse from me slurring words or not making any since. I find myself thinking alot before I talk and questioning everything that comes out of my mouth. and and checking my hand to see if they are shaking. basically cumpulsive behaviors. does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to get back on track. New the site!
