Yeah. My parents at first didn't believe in it, they said "meh, you just need to occupy yourself more and drink less caffiene" Did all those and it still stayed. I guess I needed to find the source of my anxiety. Now that I have and am working on just that, I see it disappearing quickly.

Just show her some articles, show her this forum, explain to her about it. Remember to tell her it can be overcome and cured, it just takes a little support :]
