So it's been a while since I have been here. I was doing awesome for the last couple of months and life had returned pretty normal. Until the last couple of days I seem to have fallen off the wagon of normalcy! Argh.... Laying here not feeling well struck with anxiety and trying not to let it escalate. Anyone have any words of encouragement ?

Yeah - remember what you've learnt about anxiety / how you've previously overcome it and use / apply that knowledge to understand & cope with what's happening to you right now.
Either that or get completely rat-arsed on vodka & coke? lol

One encouraging point I'd like to make, White Rabbit, is that the sooner you tackle this problem via seeing a therapist or a psychiatrist, the better. Doing so soon increases the chance that you'll get better quicker.

Anxiety is like a horrid ex gf/bf that is trying to crawl back into your life after they scarred it.
