I have anxiety and ocd. I'm not medicated they tried Prozac with me and it did not work at all it made ne have fits if rage. I have several of whatbi call mini anxiety attacks daily where I suddenly for no reason loose my breath. My fears seem to be mostly based on loosing control. I'm.afraid to sleep cause I'm not in control of ANYTHING. maybe the ocd is a result cause I feel if things aren't a certain way everything's.gonna fall apart. Also seperation anxiety I was abandoned as a young child and never nurtured....need help and guidance pls

Sounds like a typical case of anxiety. Have you seen a psychologist or therapist? They might be able to help you talk through some of you r fears.

Best of luck

I have been dealing with anxiety since I was 19, the best thing for me is to realize your fears...what are you scared of? Go see your regular doctor and rule out what you think might be causing this. Look through the list of symptoms associated with anxiety, I bet all of what your experiencing is on that list. For me once I know I'm healthy, I accept that they are just panic attacks or anxiety. Then let them consume you, let them do there worst, say to yourself bring it on. It's a test of wills, be strong, don't back down in end you will always be the winner. But this doesn't come easy, it takes awhile, fight after fight but anxiety will give up before you do. Remember your the one in charge, so eat healthy, take that extra walk at the end of the day, do small stuff outside your comfort zone. Remember there are people who care, and are here to listen.

I was abandoned young also, my new psychiatrist said I actually have PTSD. He said a part of my brain that self nurturing develops in didn't develop because of the trauma, said that's why antidepressants don't work for me. He suggested the book "invisible heroes" by Belleruth Naparstek. It helped me to understand, actually have her guided imagery for anxiety, helps to calm down.

I see my do doctors and cause I'm diabetic they treat my anxiety as if it don't matter. My anxiety manifests itself in anger and frustration and im a father and husband so that's not good :(
