Heart beats

When people actually check their heart beat at times, has anyone found it to be randomly going fast? Not that fast that you can feel it pounding but fast when checking pulse ? I was only sat having a meal and it was quite fast, faster than usual

Mine always goes fast.. It dosnt bother ne tho.. Its just anxiety

I have some heartburn today and keep getting these "dropping" feelings like either my heart has stopped or something I dunno. Always at rest. Now I'm relaxing but I can just feel my heart pounding. Driving me bonkers and scary. Any body relate?

I just posted about this feeling yesterday. I keep getting the "dropping" feeling like my heart is going to stop. I jerk real quick because it freaks me out!
