What are some of the things you've done to help?

I been in Therapy for almost 8 years in and out. Learning how to cope with panic attacks, while making your mind think you don't have meds to help it out. If that doesn't help after 15 mins then most the time I took valium, even that small 10mg dose didn't help. I for one had panic attacks that last for 1 hour and 30 mins at 15 mins intervals I took 10mg of valium max dose of 40mgs. Then there times coping breathing skills helped medication was not needed. Maybe in a month I just took 40 to 10 mg's of valium. I been on so many anti depressants that never did work, I have tried all of the benzos and stuck to valium, why high dose because I am very high risk person I can find quick ideas of how to harm myself or others to just feel fine. I would have panic attacks over another at few times, knowing what your mind is going to do and how long to cope with it to understand that this is gonna big one. Which is the main key to being in therapy I for one now is off valium for over 4 years of use, I didn't have withdrawals or didn't taper down. I still am getting panic attacks and got new medication I have written about it in medication group I am not sure if its up yet.
