Right now I'm scared of having a heart attack :( I've tightness on the left side of my chest and the more I think about it the more scared I get :( hope it's just anxiety im freaking out here!!

Definitely anxiety! Try relaxing and taking deep hard breaths

If youre still alive tomorrow then I personally guarantee your heart is NOT the issue!
