Just wanted to say hello from singapore, im a canadian whos had a roller coaster time with anxiety etc. In short 6 years ago major panic attacks after panic attacks, many hospital and doctor visits, no more panic attacks but am convinced that all my symptoms are serious illnesses from chronic sore throat to breathlessness to chronic fatigue ive done a great job of sucking the life in me out in the last 6 years. Now checking in seems a 24 hour thing and anxiety and worry has completely taken over, hoping i can find help on here maybe, hope to meet some friends on here also, take care guys!
