I get them too. Advil is good for general panics like that, however people with anxiety tend to tense up their muscles. Th

Is can lead to muscle pain. Relaxing your body is key, ( yeah I know not as easy as one would think). Also I get the chests pains too during a particularly difficult week it feels like a slow heart attack. Hope you find this comforting. You are definitely not the only one who goes through this.

Yeah it will come and go. It is likely to be around more when you are stressed out. A good trick is a hot shower or bath to relax the muscles. Once you get anxiety under control the aches and pains tend to go away. Maybe it's because once our anxiety is under control we can stop thinking about the pain which often makes the pain worse. And yeah you could be thinking about it too much, but that comes with the territory of anxiety. The main thing is to remember that you are not alone in is and that tons of other people are going through it too. Many people with anxiety lead completely normal lives.
