Guys need help...anxiety intensifying

Hey...it's me again!!! Just past week my anxiety has been getting bad (I'm guessing my "monthly" is coming sometime this week). Like I have been experiencing dry throat/mouth, dizziness, random shooting pains throughout body, and body/muscle twitches... Since I have hypochondria I think I have epilepsy, cancer , and numerous other diseases. Also I think people think I'm weird and have constant bad and racing thoughts. I need help getting through this episode guys!! hyhypochondriac

Oh it would work that time lol but yes it sounds like cuz ur monthly. I get the same way! And just try to relax Hun watch a favorite movie and just chill :)
