I'm starting to believe I might finally be overcoming my anxiety. I would recommend anyone who seriously wants to get rid of their anxiety to use those links in the "Sticky: Anxiety help and cognitive behavioural therapy worksheets - from professional body." thread. They've taught me a lot about anxiety and how to control it and how to find new, more realistic and less catastrophic perspectives. I've also starting seeing a great new therapist, got a girlfriend (1st official girlfriend ever), been going out longboarding with new people (which the idea of hanging out with new people usually made me nervous), and I've even started seeing my parents' impending divorce in a new, more positive light.
I am so much more hopeful about my future now. :)
