Recently I have been in the emergency room a total of 7 times. Each time I went it was either for fleeting chest pains , heart palpitations , dizziness or extreme anxiety . Nothing has been solved to make a long story short . Mostly Everyday I suffer and feel a pain in my chest and before I know it I'm in sheer panic as to what this is ? All the doctors say is anxiety or stress , but I'm too young to feel this much physical pain ?!?

Not really surprised that ALL the Dr's havent offered you any medical assist to get this under control..f**kin idiots! Yes, it IS anxiety and nothing more so stop going to the f**kin ER and start addressing THE REAL PROBLEM asap. Do you know how many times I've personally heard "well, you're too young for RA aren't ya?".."You sure do look like yer healthy."...
Begin SOME SORT of treatment program asap.. All that non-sense you mentioned above will disable you PERMANENTLY if you ignore the REAL problem..

Sam 12 I've been thru this , I was in and out of the E.R rooms about two years ago... I felt and still feel the chest pains that come and go but not as much as I use too. The light headed, different heartbeats and dizziness are normal symptoms of severe anxiety as well as the chest pains. After all the E.R visits and Doctor visits I still feel the symptoms here and there but I've learned to calm myself down and relax. I don't know if you drink alcohol but if you do u should stop or cut back it worsens the symptoms extremely and makes you feel a lot worse ..

What are your chest pains like ? I do not drink alcohol or consume caffeine thankfully , in just always worried something's wrong . I am stressed but hoping that will settle soon . I find comfort in knowing someone else has experienced this though

My chest pains are sharp pains that come and go, a heavy feeling on top of my chest, when I use to drive a lot my chest would hurt in discomfort and sharp pains .. Honestly all types of pains and discomfort that come and go during the day, I can be good for a week or two and out of now where I start getting anxious and start feeling discomfort and tightness in the chest area, along with dizziness and feeling light headed...

I can relate to that. I'm slowly learning that if I can keep my mind from worrying about it , it usually doesn't happen (the chest pain)

And that's the key. You have to keep your mind off it, that's half the battle. I think of a panic/anxiety disorder to be like... Your brain thinks your life is clearly threatened, it's gone to Defcon 1, your body is on red alert and your brain is like a group of people fleeing in panic. They've ditched the dinner they were eating, the work they were doing, and are just running for their lives. The healing process, is herding the cattle back into the pen. The healing process is getting those people calm and back to what they were doing. In other words, regaining control of your mind and keeping it from saying "BUT WAIT! What if..?".
If that happens and you feel the tingly chest, and the whatever other symptoms you start to get just take a deep breath and say, "Oh... this bullshite again. Look, brain, nothing is wrong. I'm fine. I'm safe. False alarm." and then most of the time it'll piss off. Atleast, in my experience it does. It's different for everyone. Healing anxiety, builds mental strength, when you start to get better and you feel the anxiety start to affect you less and less you'll have become a Cerebral Spartan, and master of the mind. However, to become this strong, supplements always help :] Check the general discussion stickies for insight into that department.
Anyway, hope things get better for ya.
