For the ladies with anxiety do you think it affects your period?? I had my first full blown anxiety attack around when I was suppose to start (4th) and well I still haven't started :( I'm usually your average 28 day cycle and I have a dr appt on the first and I've taken hpts but all negative. :/

Well I certainly have never missed a period, I infact get the worst periods ever! But my mum has said that when shes stressed she often has late or skipped periods, so maybe theres something in that. I hope you figure it out soon x

When i have anxiety my period will more often come late. Sometimes early.

My period is late when I'm bad with my anxiety , usually abut 5-7 days late

I had the same problem last month. My period usually comes at the beginning of the month but last month it didn't come till the 28th.. I was stressing so bad about it.

A lot of times your progesterone level could be low and you may want to see your obgyn. This is what caused a lot of my anxiety.
