Last night I had a terrible night sleep I would fall off and get woke up out of a dead sleep with heart palps and feel like I couldn't catch my breath feel like I'm going nuts and it kept happening over and over and I was dead tired

Take some anti-histamines before bed like diphenhydramine or better yet, doxylamine. You wont wake up with heart palps..
