I'm so anxious and nervous. At times does one ever have restless or weak feeling arms almost a tickle feeling I them it's driving me nuts I feel like I cant type on the computer it's really becoming an issue I keep thinking I have some other disease like MS or something please advise

I thought I had ms, as my body would not stop shaking :-( anxiety can do some weird things to your body. Are you on any medication?

My arms get like that sometimes. I thought maybe it was from the medication.

Anxiety, not the anti-anxiety meds, causes restless arms .

This is very common between anxiety disorder sufferers and is a combination of adrenalin force-feeding your appendages & anxiety-driven nerve activity.

It tends to come and go and is obviously more prevailant during times of mid to high anxiety.

You will probably also be feeling it somewhat in your chest and shoulders. You may also notice a general feeling of uneasiness all over.
Fight or flight mode is either borderline or actually activated.

The next time you feel complete calm and the symptom is gone, make a mental note that indeed the symptom is absolutely related
to anxiety. This self-observation/education helps.
