I have a question for those of you who have had the chest issues ... like thinking your having a heart attk, shortness of breath, chest pain.
My first panic attack was like this at the gym and now Im scared to start working out again. Bunch of tests done on my heart everything is completely fine so its just anxiety.

How did you get back into the work out routine? I want to get back into it because Im losing weight and muscle mass and gaining a belly haha. I just dont feel fit anymore and I hate it, Ive always been althletic and now I feel like Im not at all. I want to get back into it please help.
