In Laymans terms...you're makin life, a bigger ordeal and issue, that life really need be.. It's already complicated enough as it is. Over-thinking, over-shooting, to much afterthought and little forethought... You want me to keep going???...:)

Its depersonalisation, don't worry about it, I get it aswell but constantly worry about it so mines not going for a while lol its just your brain reacting to a stressful situation xx
