I woke up 3 hours ago, had a panic attack about an hour ago, and I cant get back to sleep. GRRrRrr!

If I fall asleep on my left arm and it goes numb, I'll wake up and panic! Crazy how people even myself included take the simplest things for granted... I'll prey ( if your religiouse) or breath, cold rag on my neck helps.... I know what your going threw and it f*kn sucks
