Paxil to prozac

Due to my tongue and mouth being constantly shakey my doctor wants me off Paxil 20mg and switch to Prozac 20mg instead....I will do the switch tomorrow...any suggestions on what to expect?? I'm hoping I won't get Paxil withdrawals switching straight to Prozac...I have some Xanax handy just incase...
