I noticed that my anxiety is yes, gone. however it was gone fairly quick. I started while i was out of the country on vacation, it was also my first time out of the country, and also had my first panic attack while out of the country. so this leads me to my question.. can travel induce short periods of anxiety?

Yes. For a number of reasons. Flight, planes, people, new places, unknown surroundings, homesick, unfamiliar territory, hustle bustle, foreign language, new foods, lucky kid!!!
