Hello I'm brand new to this forum. I hope to be able to learn about this horrible disorder and learn to deal with it. I've just started dealing with thi problem back in march. And over the past few months it's gotten worse. I would love to hear ways to deal with it when you have an attack and some helpful exercises that can get me through it. My doctor prescribed me .25 mgs of znenx (spelling) but I don't think it does anything besides make me feel weirder than before and gives me the runs. Any help would be great
