nightmares, food.. good day?

Hiya everyone, is anyone else having nightmares? I've always had them so they don't bother me as much anymore but I have noticed when I do have a nightmare the next day I'm in a good mood? Lol how odds that, I've also noticed the link between food and anxiety. I usually don't eat unless my bellys rumbling and I'm light headed (not through choice) but I've noticed that when I'm hungry my anxiety is so much worse! Has anyone else noticed that?

Nightmares tend to dissappear with age.

Try to stay cool in bed... any rise in body temperature can alarm the CPU (brain). I always have a fan going... even in winter!

Remember; anxiety reacts to any kinda pain - hunger pains are no exception.
Only takes a few rumbles and a mild tummy ache to release the anxiety monster.

LOL I've noticed it! Took me a while to realise why I felt so shit then noticed it wo whenever I was hungry, the nightmares don't bother me I've always had them, I put them down to my brain sorting the distressing things out, think that's why I feel better the day after having them?

I don't have nightmares..or at least what others consider to be scary dreams. I have the kinda dreams that I remember when I awake, and then ask myself WTF does that mean?..LOL!

I ALSO sleep with fan on every single night and it doesn't matter what season it is either. (Its just the "white noise" created by the sound) I would NOT be able to sleep if it was completely quiet, because I would be listening for every single solitary sound otherwise..The fan drowns it all out, unless its an explosion...of which it never is...

I can't sleep without the telly on downstairs LOL I like to be extra hot in bed, quilt even if its red hot lol my nightmares don't really bother me that much its the ones where somethings happened to my son! They're the worst ones, otherwise I'm alright! All my dreams are really fucked up aswel..

That is THE worst film I have ever watched in my life and I advise anybody NEVER to watch it! I've watched horrors since I can remember but that is sum seriously shocking stuff! Its the only film I have ever asked someone to turn off! LOL I was nearly sick!! Should be bloody banned! (Good ending though lol)
