I am going to try to stay positive today and enjoy the day. I am going to try to keep my mind quite and not think "What If Thoughts" Has anyone else tried doing this? How successful where you?
Tried...sometimes there is no rationalizing with an irrational brain!
One trick I try that works more times than not is the A-Z trick. Every time you start to feel anxious, pick a subject and go A-Z...like foods or rock bands or movies. By the time you get to about M usually the anxiety subsides.

Great idea Kman... I'll try that! I too am going to try and think of only POSITIVE things today. Today is my typical "super bad day of the month", so this will be a huge challenge for me, but my mind is STRONG and it's usually strong in the wrong ways... Today I will do everything to force it to be strong in the right ways!
Asparagus, broccoli, carrots, dates, crap... Can't thing of a veggie that starts w E! Lol this is actually a great "tool" for us over thinkers!
