Hello, I'm Ashlyn and I am 16. I just joined today. I have dealt with anxiety all my life ever since I was little. It started in first grade when 9/11 happened. I would what was going on with the news and it really scared me. My grandma said that I would be afraid because I thought we were going to die and that I would be on edge often. To this day I still have anxiety. My anxiety is mainly about my health and dying. I'm so ready to over come my anxiety because I am truly tired of it. And my anxiety symptoms irritate me so bad! I really need someone to talk to and to chat with on this website. Please add! I need help. :)
