First time here

Good morning. This is my first here. I have been so depressed and have severe anxiety disorder. I haven't been back to work in over a week because I am not eating and so sick to my stomach. I am hoping I get into an outpatient program this week for therapy. The mornings are so bad for me and now they have me on Xanax to get through the day. I wish I could just snap my fingers and this could go away and I could be normal again. Having people to talk through this is all that can get me through.
