I am at the gym for the first time in a week and a half. I'm on edge about my heart as always but pushing through.

Thats great! Nothing to worry about, you'll be absolutely fine... exercise will keep you busy and take your mind off your worries anway. Plus exercise is actually good for the heart so you're making it stronger and healthier! :) Keep on pushing through and have a great gym session!
