So it seems every night lately I'm having problems staying asleep comfortably ... I wake up panicky or just in general my body is uncomfortable .... My arm will be numb or it seems my chest will feel wired... I'm usually ok during the day unless I have a panick attack , but it seems at night even after I fall asleep its a problem ... Any similar stories to help ease my worrisome mind :(
