I take LOW DOSE OF XANAC EVREY DAY AND I HAVE FOUND LATLEY THAT MY DREAMS ARE SO VIVID AND INBETWEEN I SLEEP VERY FITFULLY, I WAKE UP SO TIRED, DO U THINK THIS COULD BE THE TABLETS?

well... it could also be the anxiety in general. Its one of the common symptons of anxiety.
