I feel like giving up

Was diagnosed with severe depression last year and a month ago my father passed away. I am using my remaining strenght to keep it together and to be strong for my mom at the same time.


The truth is, I feel like giving up.

I am seeing a psych but still feel helpless.

How do I do this????

Most probably you are suffering from Vitamin d3 deficiency.
My dpression was caused by this deficiency. I am cured 100%, now.

Thanks for the suggestion, I was told by my dr my depresssion was due to some personal problem that I have been keeping for years. I would like to share it here but I don't really feel safe

I' ve tried my best to hold on to it by telling myself I can go through it but in the end, I am just a human

As hard as it is for me to deal with serious depression, I find it makes me feel even worse when I'm depressed when I start thinking of giving up. Hence, I tell myself to never give up. That way, by not giving up, my depression will be less likely to get even worse.
