Don't know about you but water for my anxiety is bloody brillo. I sat at a waters front most of the day and had a nice relaxing bath and I feel fab.

If u live near water go do it! It will help. Close your eyes and listen to waves or whatever. I know I sound like a hippy lol

Hey Amy

The sound & sight of water always helps set a tranquil scene.
(Except for when it's pelting against your window threating to ruin your weekend at the coast of course)

The great outdoors in general, beit woodland, riverside, beach, mountain views and so on can offer so much serenity and help take our anxious minds off the crap that is plaguing us.

Good advice me old love :-)

When my anxiety was peaking I was taking a bath every night. It worked wonders. It's a bit hot for that now but I still take them on occasion. The difference before and after was very clear.

I think it can be a blessing for some yes, others not so much. I've had panick attacks in water, and let me tell you that is scarier then hell! And ive been a swimmer since I was 2. I think if you go into water already in a good state of mine it is very relaxing , but for some it can actually bring out panick ....

I am a huge fan of water, I find it calms me almost instantly. I don't need to be in it, I find just sitting, watching and listening works wonders.
