i have never had trouble with anxiety before. I mean there would be days where I was nervous but I was always fine. ALways got over it. But the past couple of days have been kind of bad. theres days where im fine and then theres times in the day where im just a nervous wreck and just wanna cry. idk whats wrong with me. i don't know if it's because i have pretty much been indoors the past week (100 degree+ temperatures) or if there is something really wrong. when i am at work i am fine, because i'm busy and have people to talk to and i never think about it.
how can i beat this WITHOUT medication. i know i can beat this myself, so what are good ways to stop this?
