Is it a good idea to take magnesium pills while on SSRI?

Yeah, it's fine. I used to take magnesium and my doctor said there's no interactions with SSRI's.

I've been taking magnesium pills for less than a week and I already feel much better, definitely recommend for everybody with anxiety.

Magnesium is wonderful! I've been taking it for two weeks and I have been anxiety free for the last week. It's amazing.

I just stopped them. They were causing me really bad belly aches and diarrhea. How do you all avoid that?

I know that mag citrate and chelated mag absorb the best. So read theabels first before buying
